Send your selection by email within 5 days, listing the file names in numeric order, and include any editing notes
(style, black & white, skin retouching, removals, etc.)

Receive your final edited images within 5 days
The Policy
Pixel Pumas – Service & Cancellation Policy
(Please read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings between us and you, the “Client”)
1. Booking & Payment

To hire us, you must choose one of the packages listed above and pay the total amount in advance.

Payment confirms your booking and serves as proof that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, as well as to what you can expect from our team.

Payments are non-refundable, except under the conditions stated in our cancellation policy (see Section 2).
2. Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before your booking date: 90% of the total amount will be refunded.

Less than 30 days before your booking date: No cash refund will be provided. However, the full amount can be:

Credited for a future session (no expiration date), or
-
Transferred to another person of your choice.

3. Image Selection

You will have 5 days from the delivery of proofs to select your preferred images.

If no selection is made within this period, we will make the selection for you based on our professional judgment.
4. Weather Conditions
-
Banff National Park weather can be unpredictable. While we try to maintain flexibility with scheduling, we cannot guarantee specific natural conditions.

We recommend booking during favorable forecasts and considering sunrise, sunset, or cloudy days for the best lighting.
5. Editing & Deliverables
-
Standard editing includes: cropping, resizing, highlight/shadow recovery, and removal of small distracting elements.

Advanced edits must be requested before booking and may involve additional fees.

We do not provide RAW files (industry standard). Additional edited images can be purchased at transparent rates depending on the package.
6. Usage Rights & Exclusivity

We may use your images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

If you prefer exclusive rights to your images (meaning we will not use them in any way), an exclusivity fee of $150 CAD applies.
7. Recommendations

Booking in advance is highly recommended.

Ideal shooting times are sunrise and sunset, and even cloudy days can provide beautiful, even light.

Best for adventurer couples, surprise engagement proposal and less crowded location.
Emerald Lake never fail, but it can be crowded
One of my favourite locations but open just for a few months of the year June to mid October. Ideally for couple, engagements and family.
It can be very crowd specially in summer but totally worth it. Great for couple, family, engagement and weddings. Winter and summer are great.
Ideally for engagement session and family. You have 3 docks to stop by and have the mountains in the background.
A quite place for couple and family but it can be windy. Lots of mountains in the background including the massive Rundle Mountain.
Ideally for couple as the spot is very thin.
A must stop on your list to put in context where you are. Ideally for couples and family.
Ideally in summer as it was a big selection and well maintained flowers but winter it also looks great with a castle in the middle and mountains in the background.
