Pixel Pumas – Service & Cancellation Policy
(Please read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings between us and you, the “Client”)

1. Booking & Payment

• To hire us, you must choose one of the packages listed above and pay the total amount in advance.

• Payment confirms your booking and serves as proof that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, as well as to what you can expect from our team.

• Payments are non-refundable, except under the conditions stated in our cancellation policy (see Section 2).

2. Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before your booking date: 90% of the total amount will be refunded.

• Less than 30 days before your booking date: No cash refund will be provided. However, the full amount can be:

  • Credited for a future session (no expiration date), or

  • Transferred to another person of your choice.

3. Image Selection

• You will have 5 days from the delivery of proofs to select your preferred images.

• If no selection is made within this period, we will make the selection for you based on our professional judgment.

4. Weather Conditions

• Banff National Park weather can be unpredictable. While we try to maintain flexibility with scheduling, we cannot guarantee specific natural conditions.

• We recommend booking during favorable forecasts and considering sunrise, sunset, or cloudy days for the best lighting.

5. Editing & Deliverables

• Standard editing includes: cropping, resizing, highlight/shadow recovery, and removal of small distracting elements.

• Advanced edits must be requested before booking and may involve additional fees.

• We do not provide RAW files (industry standard). Additional edited images can be purchased at transparent rates depending on the package.

6. Usage Rights & Exclusivity

• We may use your images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

• If you prefer exclusive rights to your images (meaning we will not use them in any way), an exclusivity fee of $150 CAD applies.

7. Recommendations

• Booking in advance is highly recommended.

• Ideal shooting times are sunrise and sunset, and even cloudy days can provide beautiful, even light.
